Our life in stills. We only have one life to live, share, and cherish. Living that life with someone is great. Living your life with someone you dearly love is momentous and priceless.

Taking some rests!

Oh well, it's Grace whilst taking a break after few miles of pure walk along SF coastline. Can you tell how happy she is? Well, she won this 5-minute hydromassage but it took her 20-mins. Uhmmm, very relaxing. Lucky enough, they forgot to turn the machine off after 5 minutes. Good for her, whilst I sit and watch people passing, left and right. Afterwhich, uhmmm, another posing at the pier 39 where all the sea lions are. It's been said that it's been the melting pot of almost 200-300 sea lions everyday. Smells very fishy though! Food for thought -- thou shall not visit the place if you're easily turn off by foul smell. Yaiksss!!!

Sequioa Trees at Yosemite

Have you ever seen a tree with its trunk as wide as this? They are called Sequioa trees. They can be found mostly in Sequioa National Park in California. We're fortunate enough to find some here at the Yosimite National Park. We trekked along 2 miles of knee-high snow, uphill and winding road, and in a bitter-cold weather, only to find 3 Sequioa trees. Funny? Not quite. Further on 2-3 miles more, there are more of these, larger and wider. But of course, it's sad to admit that we're not in the best shape when we decided to discover what else can be found in Yosemite. We didn't find a yogi bear as well.

Happy Anniversary to us, March 30, 2006!

We celebrated our very 1st anniversary of married life in San Francisco, USA. We wanted it simple but memorable. We went to the different districts of San Francisco. We loved their famous clam chowder at the Fisherman's Wharf. Guess what? Throughout our 4 days stay in SF, we had clam chowder every day. Hmmm? Sounds disgusting. Nope! I love seafoods. Grace, well, kinda just went along with my taste. She even enjoyed clam chowder with sourdough -- big tasty bread. Not for me, thanks a lot! We loved the sites of SF. From the site of the golden gate bridge, Fisherman's wharf, alcatraz, the Coit tower, and the very narrow but interesting crooked street at Lombard. We loved SF, but Grace never wanted to go back -- for one thing, she wasn't able to practice her retail therapy -- SHOPPING; mainly because of the high state tax added on to your every purchase. We also went to Gilroy, a massive place where to find famous brands like ralph lauren, tommy hilfiger, levis, and the like, at a factory price.

On the 4th - 7th day, we went to Yosemite National Park. Gorgeous sites. Awful weather though. I guess our timing is not at all great. Spring is not the best time to go there since you could still feel the draft, see knee-high snow, and some roads remain closed for safety reasons. I would say that the best time to enjoy the weather and the sites would be summer. We had a wonderful time in Yosemite. Great sites to see are Bridalveil falls, Vernal falls, and a lot of other things to do and see. Great for trekking (and wall climbing). But, we're not that adventurous.

Kindly take time to see our lovely PHOTOS! PHOTOS! Uhmmmm, and some more PHOTOS!!!!

Yosemite National Park

The dampness of the weather, the moderately cold climate, and the snow that's been recently ploughed didn't cease us to see the wondrous sites of the Yosemite National Park, West of California. In here, the picturesque image of the Bridalveil Falls only seemed to be painted from behind us. But we were there, to see and experience one of the wonders of nature.

Sea food cocktails!

Have you ever seen sea food this much before? This is the first time I've ever seen such amount of sea foods on display -- at Fisherman's Wharf. Uhhhmmm, lovely! I guess I can live on eating just sea foods. Readers' discretion is advised. Don't try it!!! Not for the weak heart!!!

Me and Grace at the Golden Gate Bridge

Just at the Golden Gate. Weather may not be that nice but it wouldn't stop us to take a photo of it. This is us, on our 1st year anniversary. More strength and years to come.
